Address

It’s been pointed out that I haven’t given people my new address in Southampton.
I don’t think anyone is going to stalk me so here it is (it might disappear in a while so it doesn’t get archived for all eternity)

38 Denzil Avenue,
Southampton,
SO14 0LN

Better

I’m better, definitely better.
Had a good week last week, and a good weekend.

Should have a phone line at home tomorrow… then shortly after that an internet connection… then shortly after that, a more frequesntly updated blog.

Relaity Check

My parents came down yesterday and brought a bunch of my stuff with them. It was really good to see them (and to get some more stuff… I slept a lot better not in my sleeping bag last night). They also took me out for a really nice meal in a French restaurant that we thought was an Italian when we walked into it :-)
It’s odd though. I said when I moved down that leaving edinburgh wouldn’t hit me for about a month, and yesterday, 4 weeks and 1 day after I moved down it hit me. Whether it was a self-fulfilling prophecy, because my parents came or because I just know myself well I don’t know. I spent last night struggling with regrets, what-ifs, doubts, feelings, thoughts about the future and thoughts about my friends…. and I think I’m going to be struggling with that for a while now.

Aaargh, why isn’t IBM in Edinburgh.
